It's a lot bigger than Perth, it's a bit like Croydon to be honest! There's all the usual hustle and bustle of any modern city, the central area is nice, it looks like a much better place to work than London, they have the same café shop culture but the weathers better! The south bank is nice with lots of restaurants. St Kilda is fun, Phil told us to go to the Espy and get stuck to the carpet, so we did. He was out here about 8 years ago and I think it's still the same carpet! The bands were good though. We could have spent a fortune at the Sunday market only we have no way of carting all the stuff around. The Gaol has a Ned Kelly exhibition on at the moment, I don't understand why he's a hero to some, he was just a cattle thief and a bank robber, hardly a Robin Hood as he kept all the money.
