Dunedin

They call it the Edinburgh of the south, don't know why it could quite easily be the Plymouth, or the Bangor, I guess it's because it was settled by a load of Scottish people. It very hilly, they have the steepest street in the world apparently, Baldwin Street, it's 1:1.26m, about 45° so steep. The town centre is nice and the stations worth a look. We also went to see the wildlife on the peninsular, Royal Albatrosses and Yellow-Eyed Penguins, both of which were good. Lanarch Castle is also there and worth a look, it's the only castle in New Zealand.

Accommodation - Aaron Lodge Top 10 park. Nice and sheltered on the side of a hill. They have a mini 9 hole golf course at the back which looked fun.
