You come here to see glow-worms, that's it, the place has nothing else to offer, just lots of worms. There is a bewildering array of ways to view them though, from walking into a cave to a 100m abseil into a cave followed by some caving and underground rafting on inner tubes. We did one of these, the 5 hour Black Water II trip, a 35m abseil, death slide, inner tube and caving experience, it was fantastic. Wet, cold at times but lots of fun and the guides are very good.

Accommodation - Waitomo Top 10 park. Obviously new, everything is still shiny, very nice.
